If from time to time you have a special scheduling need, we’ll work with you to get you home. Qualified employees may be eligible for our stock option program. We develop you in what we call the Five Tools of Excellence, and as you master them, you make more money and receive higher recognition. Knight driving associates can reach Silver, Gold and Platinum levels, and earn increased pay and bonuses as a reward.
